Deseret Power is a transmission provider and in accordance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission provides open access transmission service to eligible parties.

Deseret Power's Open Access Same-time Information System (OASIS) site is part of WesTTrans OASIS System on the Open Access Technology International (OATI) platform. Tri-State Generation & Transmission manages the 24-hour desk for Desret Power's OASIS.
